Kenneth Kuck is a Marketing Executive with extensive experience in building a unified, performance-based marketing culture. Mr. Kuck has demonstrated success in a number of high-level marketing positions across a broad range of industries, both agency and corporate and have gained an expertise that encompasses strategic market planning, organizational leadership and project management. He is an expert in campaign design and new product development.

Kevin Smith, CEO, Best of Care, Inc., MA

Best of Care, Inc. President and CEO Kevin Smith believes that a 360-degree approach is critical to serving the agency’s aging and disabled clients, wherever they choose to call home. In 2007 Kevin joined the business his father, Best of Care Founder Stephen Smith, which Stephen began in 1981.

Having experienced the joys and challenges of caring for his own aging family members, Steve founded Best of Care to offer the right caregiver match and thorough attention to each client’s needs. As Best of Care’s , Kevin Smith is building upon his father’s vision. Under Kevin’s direction, during the past five years Best of Care has grown to employ more than 350 caregivers and deliver home care services to over 1,000 clients per week.

Eric Carr, Director of Operations and Franchise Owner, Home Instead Senior Care of Culver City, CA

As Franchise Owner and Services Director, Eric leads the Home Instead of Culver City support team in all areas of care, training, and community relations.

Christopher “CJ” Rodriguez, Operations, Senior Helpers of Long Beach, CA

Christopher grew up Garden Grove and Long Beach California. He spent time in high school caring for seniors at Brookdale Assisted Living in Garden Grove where his passion for caring for others was born. After graduating high school he attended Santa Fe University of Art and Design in Santa Fe, New Mexico and later Columbia College in Chicago for a BFA in Musical Theatre. During school in Chicago he worked closely with children in after school enrichment programs and summer camps. He later returned to California to assist his mother and grandmother in growing their Senior Helpers franchise. He is so overjoyed to be working with the amazing seniors in Long beach and looks forward to many more years with Senior Helpers of Long Beach.
